But there are many other piano pieces from this circle that I enjoy very much that might be featured in the future XD Maybe its just me, but I really love the piano arranges that Pizuya’s Cell creates (amongst other amazing works this circle has created)~ I took a particular liking to this arrange of Lullaby of Deserted Hell, which is one of my favorite stage themes of all time.

Here is a link to the track without the MMD glam in case you do take a liking to this arrange! If you have ever played TH06 before, this MMD video accompanying the song might be easier to understand (in addition to being rather humorous too at some parts). I have not given up on this blog, but school life sure has been horribly busy lately… I am on a short break in terms of academics now though, so hopefully I can make a few posts in this less hectic time (can’t call it fully relaxed just yet at least).Īnyhow… To get through some of the stress, I listen to piano~ Inspired a few others to listen to Touhou music by virtue of the beauty of a few of these pieces too in fact!įor starters, here is a piano arrange of Maiden’s Capriccio~ Dream Battle by Assault Door. Ugh… Sorry its been well over a month since my last post. Music Rumia touhou Touhou Project 東方 project 東方 vocal If you read them while listening, perhaps you will see why too.Īnd to conclude here is dBu‘s arrange of Apparitions Stalk the Night~ One of the first ever Touhou arranges I listened to! ?

This arrange of Apparitions Stalk the Night by ShibayanRecords is probably my favorite vocal arrange of the song although the lyrics don’t necessarily fit Rumia. Let Rumia’s nature serve as a reminder of that if you weren’t already convinced D: Hope you aren’t one of those that wishes they could visit Gensokyo btw… It’s a death wish pretty much. With all the cute fanart of Rumia out there in addition to the upbeat nature of the original melody, it is probably easy to forget that she is a man-eating youkai… Although this song by Yuuhei Satellite only minorly hints at that really, I just felt like throwing that out there lol. You were probably just like “So nanoka?” though. When I read that, I admit that my mind was blown… I had no idea that ground cherries were equivocal to golden berries. As such, it kind of holds a special place in my memories~īeing the Stage 1 Boss of EoSD, I still enjoy Rumia’s theme and that of Stage itself very much although I can’t say that either A Soul as Red as a Ground Cherry nor Apparitions Stalk the Night make my list of all-time favorites now that I have explored the music Touhou as much as I have (it’s not really something I am proud of since it is kinda like an unhealthy obsession of mine to be honest).Ī wonderful orchestral of A Soul as Red as a Ground Cherry from Kitsune Workshop.īut this begs the question: What exactly is a ground cherry?Įvidently a ground cherry= a plant of the Physalis genus= a golden berry… I really enjoy EoSD- in fact, it was the first Touhou game I ever played. To be honest, I have been waiting for the 7th of a month to coincide with a Tuesday for the sake of this post XD
